This is probably the best website for children at the moment.
They can establish links and exchange pictures/drawings etc. with their francophone/francophile counterparts. You will also be able to find and play some French songs, nursery rhymes, discover new stories ( for all levels, including 3 year olds ) etc. The links to other sites on the internet are innumerable, which is good when you are trying to work with authentic and updated documents.

"The American Association of Teachers of French" has great teaching resources data online. It is difficult to find anything for young children, but is constantly updated and always worth a visit.
